Refund Policy

Unlocking Brilliance Institute, LLC (“UBI”) is committed to providing exceptional coaching services to our clients. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines regarding refunds for payments made for our services.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • If UBI is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon coaching services for reasons within our control
  • If a client cancels a scheduled appointment within the specified cancellation period (see Section 2)

2. Appointment Cancellations

Clients may cancel scheduled appointments by providing advance notice according to the following guidelines:

  • Individual Coaching Sessions: Clients must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to be eligible for a refund.
  • Group Coaching Programs: Clients must cancel within the specified cancellation period outlined in the program terms and conditions to be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, clients must contact UBI via email or phone and provide relevant details, including the reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Fees for completed coaching sessions
  • Fees for coaching services already provided
  • Fees for materials or resources provided as part of the coaching program

5. Discretionary Refunds

UBI reserves the right to grant or deny refunds on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the circumstances of each request.

6. Changes to Services

UBI reserves the right to modify or discontinue our coaching services at any time. In the event of such changes, clients may be eligible for a refund of fees paid for services not yet rendered.
